GREAT guy. He does a lot of business on sigforum.com and he gets nothing but rave reviews.. If your thinking about doing business with him I wouldn't hesitate.
I bought a Glock from him and met him at his friends house who has a FFL so there was no shipping or transfer fees. It was the cheapest new Glock 17 I could find locally.
I actually agree with you, budder, I think Glocks are some of the ugliest guns on the planet. Not to mention the grip feels like a 2x4... but not a nice wood 2x4, a cheap plastic one that rattles when you shake it... and the trigger is horrible... and the factory plastic sights suck... and there is a hole in the butt of the grip... ...BUT they are lightweight while still holding a ton of ammo, and they are dishwasher safe (if you use liquid detergent), plus they have a reputation of always firing when you pull the trigger... which is the case with mine. All of these things make Glocks great conceal carry weapons. However, they are bad open carry weapons, because someone you know might see that you own an ugly Glock.
I've dealt with him twice, and he's great. If you've got any concerns, give him a call. He's very amiable.
