good post there mzmtg.
The story behind the graphic:
There is also that FBI report about spotting hidden handguns too.
The FBI was one is good as well. I had forgotten about that one Ramm.
With today's proliferation of mobile phones, Palm Pilots, etc., it is far more likely the things being "protected" in pockets like the diagram above will be those, not a gun.
I don't walk any differently, or "protect" my gun, or any of that. *shrug*
And, I'm more likely to get out of the rain because I don't wanna be wet, not due to a gun.
but the rain may melt the gun!!!!!!
LOL just messing around
::insert joke about XDs rusting::
I like the "Hand Rests on Gun" graphic.
That is pretty much how I look all the time. Big pimpin
Open carry avoids those "tells," but so does a quality holster & belt combo.
Hey my "Stainless" Smith resembles that remark.
I think I usually don't have any of those give aways except for maybe a bulge.
I have to agree with Asbrand:
While at work I carry my big leatherman, flashlight, and company cell phone, when my shirt is untucked it bulges way more than even my full size pistols.
Whoo. I was worried for a minute. It looks like that graphic only applies to snub-nosed revolvers.
I think the best thing to do is to wear a pistol on each hip to equal things out.
The only down side is that people might think you have child bearing hips.
Oh no he di-int!
Carry a Glock, they won't melt, hell even when it is hot they won't melt.
Woudln't the guy in the upper left hand corner walk in a giant right handed circle?
