Man of Myth and Legend
The Firearms Policy Coalition legal team has been getting after it, even as the crooks and tyrants in office have been consumed with their job security because of the elections.
Politicians come and go, but what almost always remains the same is their disdain for the rights of the common people, AKA you, and their fear of you being armed.
That's where our legal team comes in, slugging it out in the courts regardless of who is in office or what promise they keep or break, always fighting forward to defend and restore our right to keep and bear arms.
Already on the docket are hearings for a number of our key cases, including:
More hearings are likely to be scheduled, especially as we continue to add cases and challenges to our agenda.

- 11/28/2022 @ 10:00 AM - Miller v. Bonta (Miller II) - California’s fee-shifting scheme challenge

We are also still looking for plaintiffs in the following states.
These lawsuits range from taking on state 'assault weapon’ bans to laws that restrict young adults from purchasing firearms.

We are currently building our case and getting ready to strike back. If you want to help us with this effort head on over to Shred114.com to get involved.
