Oklahoma - Surrendering Weapon at Traffic Stops

    This needs to be inserted into the Colorado law in place of the disarming provision:


    The Oklahoma Law
    Title 21, Paragraph 1290.8 E. "Nothing in this section shall be construed to authorize a law enforcement officer to inspect any weapon properly concealed without probable cause that a crime has been committed."

    And even that should probably have the "properly concealed" language removed.

    I did not know any state had a law like that. I think it is a good one.

    They don't. At least not that I know of. I just took out the "properly concealed" part. Maybe we should try to get something like this passed here and for once be the pioneer for something.
