Definately get the headspace checked. More than likely you will be good but it's not worth the risk.

I have a question for you:
I have just purchased a DPMS upper fully loaded with a verticale handle, a really cool pressure pad operated flash light, and a red/green dot optics. This is a flat top upper. I assembled it on to one of my Bush Master lowers.
Here's my question; Since I am using my bolt and charging handle do I need to get the head space checked and or set for the new upper?
Any and all help is appreciated.
