Guys, your obsession for carry puts us all in danger. See?

There are good answers to these questions. Right-to-carry laws, like those in Texas, appear to contribute to violent crime and increase homicide rates. Individuals carrying a weapon are more likely to escalate incidents of road rage and domestic conflicts into fatal shootings. Cities and states have a strong interest in curbing individuals' ability to bring deadly weapons into the streets.

The most powerful and compelling decision they can make on this is the standard of review. Presumably they will go with the Strict Scrutiny level.

Many courts have tried to put 2A on a mid level review. The simple change would bring many many anti-gun laws crashing down.

I bet both nuts, my c*** and prostate that this won't happen. If it does, I'll be the happiest eunuch around.

The reality is that we have two generations of persons now, maybe three, that do not bother reading the constitution and instead cheer for a results oriented approach to judging at the Supreme Court.
Given the rulings of the court, which has been the most effective approach for getting what you want at any cost?

This case sucks. Like MP said, it doesn't do anything for us.

"Means-ends" scrutiny is the way to go apparently.

I expect the worst possible outcome for our side with stuff like this.
