That link should get you a local range. Call the range and ask about a NRA Certified Instructed class or one on one teaching, which ever you would like.
Also, many instructors teach at different ranges and ranges vary greatly in quality and range-use price. You might want to visit, instead of just calling a range and see if you like the layout/equipment and sign up for a class once a good range is found. An indoor range is more expensive but you do not have to work around bad weather.
