We need volunteers!

Gunrunners is promoting a show this weekend, January 1-2 at the Atlanta Farmers Market in Forest Park. This show was added to their schedule recently and our friends Teeter and Goldwing have long standing commitments, making them unavailable. So yours truly has volunteered to coordinate the show. :D

I have recruited the infamous GotUrBack and the soon to be not-so-famous Mark 5019 to help, but I'm gonna need lots of help from new volunteers.

Please post here, send me a PM, or shoot :flame: me an email at [email protected]

I hope to see you there!!!

:woohoo:

We did pretty good today, although I think the rain kept some folks away (not to mention too much of a good thing last night  ).

7 new and 3 renewals for Saturday.

Let's see what the Sunday Monkeys can do!

I was one of the new ones.

Is there a length of time you have to be a member before you can volunteer at the recruiting table?

Not at all; join in anytime! :righton: If you can express the reasons you joined, you have all you need to help recruit.
Thanks hma153.

Looks like we are neighbors.

This is the first show I have not been able to work at in quite a while. Too many obligations for the holidays.

To answer your question, I ALWAYS make the new members wait at least 15 minutes before helping at the table.

That gives them time to go buy me a hot dog and a diet coke.

This is mandatory.... :D

I expect to see you at the next show on the south side....and do not forget my hot dog and diet coke!!!!

Glad to have you here,

Jerry

A big "THANK YOU!" to Sunday's crew. They scored 7 new members and also netted 6 membership renewals. That puts this weekend's totals to 14 new and 9 renewals!!! :woohoo: :righton: :-D

We had quite a few members step up and work the show this weekend, NEW YEARS HOLIDAY WEEKEND, no less. Their gracious willingness to help does not go unnoticed.

THANKS FOLKS!!!
way to go
Great job, guys! . . . . Thanks and Happy New Year.

Mike
