If the state decides it will be the NICS point of contact, meaning Nevada dealers contact Nevada controlled systems to run the NICS check, then Nevada can charge for that. Georgia used to require that handguns be ran through GCIC and it cost $5 (the law changed in 2005, handguns are no longer ran through GCIC and so there is no longer a cost).
