ADMIN - if this is not acceptable for this website, then please delete this post. Thanks.

    =======================

    All,

As you may or may not know, we have been having problems with USCIS,
the immigration department of the USA. Even though we submitted Zhenya
& Dasha's immigration paperwork before the deadline before the new fee
schedule went into effect, they have rejected our paperwork twice.

Instead of trying to lean solely on family members, I have created a
website with a donation link and am asking any who can donate $1 do so,
and to spread this e-mail to as many friends and family as you can.

The website explains our entire situation, and I hope you can help.

    http://www.asbrand.com

My thanks ahead of time. If you cannot donate, then please pass this
e-mail to someone else who might be able to.

    Thanks...!

Is so embarrassing to have to resort to this...but time is short for us.

I'm such a dumbass for letting the time slip up on us...

And I'm pissed off at USCIS for not following their own rules...

    *sigh*

Have you tried contacting your Congressman. Sometimes they can get the red tape cut.

I get so sick and tired of all the BS the .gov puts folks who try to comply with the law through.

Bet there would be no trouble if Az's wife and step-dau were from a certain country in North America, who are here ILLEGALLY. :banghead:

Glad to help ya out, Az. :righton:

Az, you ought to keep us updated on how much you have raised. Just a thought.

    Will do.

    And thanks to all.

Right now, we got about $500 raised. I am shocked!

I wasn't expecting the size of some of the donations we've received.

    Very humbling...

$500? Since you started this thread? From people on these boards? That's awesome!
