I beleive it was July 7 or so that I applied for my licence. Did the first part at the North Fulton County annex, then did the 2nd part at the Alpharetta PD building. After that I learned that I could have shortened the waiting period by doing it at the downtown office. I was prepared to be waiting for it till december, but mine came this week when I was away on business, issue date of 9/11.

Need to go get a holster now.

I didn't have my holster until after I got my license, I believe. Heck, I didn't have any guns until after I got my license.
