I have a coffee table that was originally a crate for the storage of surplus m91/30 rifles. Cosmetically, it was beat up to say the least. I somehow convinced my SO that it could be salvaged and used as a coffee table. We spent a few hours sanding, repainting, and cleaning the hardware. Long story short, it has served us faithfully but we just purchased our first home and so we're trading out the crate for some pottery barn.
The table is a dark blue with silver hardware and could use some touch-ups on the top and corners. I currently have it stored at a storage unit in North Alpharetta/Cumming. It's yours for $25 if you can come pick it up and work with my schedule.
