Great news that more are carrying, but DAY-UM:

The cost for a CHP is about $300 and includes the course and license.

$300 is quite a poll-tax for the 2nd Amendment Privilege to carry. Wait, someone just whispered in my ear. What's that?...Oh yeah, it's a RIGHT!
