Mom pulls gun at school

"The Harris County district attorney's office declined to file charges because the woman who pulled the gun said she was afraid and thought she was being attacked, the Chronicle reports".

Well, she did good. She properly used, but not abused the use of her weapon.

But this wouldn't have happened at all if that "Guns Everywhere Bill" (HB 60) had not become law. anic:

The DAs office in that part of Texas has declined to file criminal charges, saying that it appears to be a lawful use of force against what appeared to be imminent harm.
