So apparently there is a new kerfuffle in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sergeant Bill Palmer, MPD Public Information Officer, takes a firearm from Joel Rosenberg who's there to get some files of some sort. Rosenberg even managed to get video of the encounter. Rosenberg, a firearms instructor, apparently wrote a book on lawful carry in Minnesota and knows the ins and outs of the law which, apparently the public affairs officer did not. His book is Everything You Need to Know About (Legally) Carrying a Handgun in Minnesota.
