Milton now has its first murder on the books

Milton is one of several brand new cities that have recently formed in North Fulton County. It became official last December and its Police Department was sworn in May 1. Now, the new city has its first murder to solve.

...amazing how the media have packaged this story... like there's never been a murder in this geographical area before, or perhaps that forming a new city will alter the most base nature of some individuals within the jurisdicition formed by a stack of documents.
