But the companies that you intend to use to deliver this package for you may have additional restrictions above and beyond federal law.
As long as the recipient isn't a prohibited person.
Perfectly legal. Keep in mind they are prohibited by the USPS, except for an FFL.
For handguns, yes. USPS will take long guns from unlicensed individuals.
Personally, there's no way I'd mail any firearms through USPS. I've always used UPS and never had any problems.
Or anything that you value at all. It seems they are holding packages hostage, possibly for political reasons.
A large box that was coming to me has been floating around in limbo for several weeks now.
