GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Shoddy oversight of police evidence has made it difficult for investigators to determine whether 2 kilos of cocaine, as well as several pounds of marijuana, was destroyed or stolen, said Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter.
