The difference between this case and the Rittenhouse case is McMichales chased down Arbery and Rittenhouse was chased by Rosenbaum, hit in the head and neck with a skateboard by Huber and had a pistol pointed at his head by Grosskreutz.

Whats the same is all 4 of the deceased were convicted felons.
One day we’ll learn you how to count... :ROFLMAO:

Who is the 4th deceased? Grosskreutz wasn't killed.

Wow, they must be really bad if the SPLC doesn't like them.

I predict a hung jury. What happens then?

Before the McMichaels were arrested last year, there was a complaint of someone illegally parked in Satilla Shores. Flagrant lawlessness. Maybe someone will drive a golf cart on the green at one of the golf courses.

I wonder. Is this a good example of miss-apprehension of legitimacy of an arrest that results in a death?

How does that differ from the fact that the officers who killed Willie Jackson in Atlanta? I use this as example as it's another case where the folks attempting an arrest were incorrect and appeared to be threats to the parties they were intruding upon.

Here's the civil case that arose for detailed facts of the incident.

Wow.
What bunch of fuccups, those Atlanta detectives.

First they decide a couple of young black men driving in the morning during business hours might be in a stolen car.

Then they try to provoke a confrontation with those young men by driving alongside of them staring at them and then pulling ahead of them.

When the young men don't take the bait and just go to the business that was their original destination of their trip this morning the cops turn around, come back to there, and when a loud noise from a nearby car crash down the block startles everybody the cops pull their guns and scream at everybody and swear at them making these young man and all the people in the business think that the plainclothes cops are actually a robbing crew.

So an armed employee of the business pulls a pistol an opens fire on the three armed thugs that look & act like they are about to rob the place.

The cops shoot back at him (and miss) and also shoot two of the innocent victims in the store. One was killed-- the unarmed teenager was only 13 feet away and in plain sight of the cop who killed him, but this cop claims that he was only trying to shoot past that young man at some unidentified gunman in the store. I say bulls*** that cop didn't miss. He aimed at the kid, and shot him multiple times from spitting distance. He just wanted to kill one of those young black males that he WRONGLY, UNREASONABLY, thought had been riding in a possibly-stolen car (which wasn't stolen at all).
