The fact that Bryan hit Arbery with his vehicle during the chase was big news.
The lead GBI investigator claims McMichael's first shot was to Arbery's chest. If so, Arbery put up a hell of a fight. I wonder if the load was birdshot and not buckshot.
I think the autopsy said buck.
Then that was a hell of an adrenaline rush if he had no illegal substances in his system. I guess where on the chest that first shot hit is important also.
I haven't read the autopsy report,
but could the first shot to the chest have been just a grazing wound?
Something that basically scraped his rib cage but didn't really enter the center of his torso?
From this CNN article it sounds like both chest shots were on target while the wrist shot was a grazing wound. 13 pellets exited the body and 11 pellets were in the wounds. That's 24 pellets plus some unknown number that missed. It appears McMichael was using #1 buck, possibly #4 buck.
Also presented at the pc hearing, Bryan told police Travis called the dead Arbery a f***ing n***er as he stood over him.
If your sworn in by the sheriff as a deputy is it good until revoked? This was on fb a little while ago.
