I disagree. While the Christians may choose to believe in a supreme governor, a Christian might believe that man's government interferes with true worship and desire minimalist or no government to restrict religious beliefs.
However; usually those who disagree with man's government and prefer to have the utmost freedom to follow their religion want to institute theocracies, not unfettered freedom.
