My father is thinking about appealing the decision of the Henry County Probate Judges to deny him a GFL and I recommended seeking legal council. Are there any GCO approved attorneys to send him to? I have recommended joining GCO as well.

Why was he denied? I'm sure if his suit is justified, The Hammer will fall on Henry County.

The denial letter stated DUI/mental illness I believe...he may be crazy :lol: but he's never been commited or found mentally deficient or any such thing, and the DUI issue is well in the past.

Didn't really intend to discuss deatils of the case, I was just hoping someone could recommend an attorney in the South Metro area that dealt in this area of the law.

(1) For conducting trials of contested matters or for formal hearing on the denial of an application for a firearms license before the probate court, the cost shall be $25.00 per one-half day or portion thereof;
