    I read the piece you linked to and I must say that as far as I am concerned, that should be grounds for immediate impeachment. We have here an outright admission by a Supreme Court Justice that he is deciding cases, not based on the law or the Constitution, but based upon his personal feelings. The Court's power has grown to the point that they are basically despots because we do not have any elected laeders in Washington with the courage to use the only real check against them in the Constitution.

    I think it is too late.

    People believe that the judiciary is just another policy-making branch.

    It may be too late to redeem the Judiciary, but seeing a couple of arrogant SC justices impeached would make me feel better anyway. (Isn't the whole liberal idea based on feelings?)

    With the liberal 4 on the court right now I'd say most of their ideas are based on statism.
