It is from a guy named Aaron Lewis from a band called "Stained". A rock band I never heard of, but supposedly he is trying to find his "country down home roots".

Pretty good video, and a couple of cameos from some big time supporters.

What do you think???

As a songwriter/musician, I can tell you It's a function of the reality that Rock has moved on from when Staind had airplay, and that Country music is one of the last segments still moving units. Couple that with the relative openness of Country listeners (compared to rock fans), and you'll understand why aging rock and pop artists like Darius Rucker, Jewel, Kid Rock, Everlast, Josh Kelley and Bon Jovi have jumped on the country train. Ten years ago most of them wouldn't have dreamed of it.

At some point, everybody has to go to where the work is.
