He has been writing a lot about the NRA's problems and sharing information.
"I found out at 7am that my blog No Lawyers - Only Guns and Money had been locked by Google for supposedly violating their terms of service. Given the only thing controversial I've posted is about the travails of @NRA, I have to wonder." https://t.co/cJB1ZKpTy5
So, does he think (and do y'all think) that his account was locked because he was pro gun and talking about gun rights?
Or was he blocked because he was criticizing the NRA?
Now, don't you think that anti-gun activists (who control social media and are in charge of the terms of service for such platforms ) want people to criticize the NRA?
I think they'd want public NRA bashing ( or just bashing the current leadership of that group) so that membership in that organization will drop, and they will lose money, power, and influence.
P.S. If he was saying potentially defamatory things against the NRA or the NRA's leadership, then it would be the responsibility of Google (as the host of his social media website) to shut it down.
I moved my gun blog FillYerHands.com off Blogger seven years ago. It's well known that Google (the owner of Blogger) hates guns and gun owners. Just try searching for anything gun related. Hence I use DuckDuckGo.
Some gun manufacturers, both by how they designed the product and how they market it (print ads, videos) overdo the "tactical" aspect of gun ownership. They want to turn everything into a people-killing machine to feed off of the Walter Mitty fantasies of frustrated American men that haven't been to war and hadn't got a chance to kill anybody yet. Like everybody knows all men should. (Maybe it's programmed into our DNA or something).
I've commented on this several times before -- that the gun stores and gun shows are just full of AR-15's and AK-47s, and far fewer hunting and dedicated target shooting guns then what you'd see if you went into a gun store 30 or 40 years ago like I did when I was a kid.
Gun ownership in America today is far less about sport than it is about homicide. And making men start thinking about killing people all the time (even in "self defense") is not mentally healthy. Causing people to regularly think about killing others isn't good for that individual Who is paying attention to that firearm marketing, nor is it good for the society at large.
I laugh when I see single shot break-open shotguns in .410 or even 20 gauge painted all tactical black with a Picatinny rail on them, an M4 stlye telescoping stock with pistol grip, and marketed under tacti-cool names.

I've also noted here, maybe a year ago, that I have evaluated the gun and gun accessory print ads in the NRA's official publications like The American Rifleman, and Guns & Ammo magazine, and both of these periodicals show that nearly all the marketing is aimed at tactical weapons. Using guns for homicidal purposes --combat. Maybe urban combat in a people's militia , maybe fighting as a service member on the battlefield, or maybe shooting bad guys in your home. Whatever, it's all themed toward homicide rather than sport. And, that can give some mentally unbalanced people the idea that homicide *is* a sport, and and they will want to play a round of the "game of homicide."
When I am flipping through the gun rags at the magazine stand of Publix, I rarely get a woodie, and never get the urge to shoot somebody. But... I do often get the feeling that so much of that content is irrelevant to me, and I refrain from buying the publication for that reason.
I'm not tacti-cool enough. I don't even operate.
This an opinion of someone I consider to be a disinterested observer. He's not "for" or "against" guns. I think he has a point about appearances to those "outside" the culture. He understands the 2A on an intellectual level, but I wonder if he's getting less sympathetic because of what looks like over-the-top behavior to him.
I do have one further cultural recommendation: Separate responsible gun ownership from the culture of violent fantasy. Responsible gun owners don't express contempt for their fellow citizens. They don't use pictures of real people as targets. And they don't taunt their fellow citizens with ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ stickers and hostile gestures. People who act like that are poison
AUGUST 9, 2019 BY MIGUEL.GFZ Only Guns and Money restored. Google's Blogger Skynet apologizes for robot's mistake.
Directly from John Richardson:
Blogger restored my blog and blamed it on their automated system. "My blog has been restored, I've done a total backup, and I'll be porting the content to my new WordPress blog over the next few days. I appreciate all the support, the help, the advice, and just righteous anger on my behalf. I don't plan to be at their mercy again. https://gunfreezone.net/only-guns-a...blogger-skynet-apologizes-for-robots-mistake/
These “automated system” excuses are worn out by now. I firmly believe these media companies are actively working to manipulate the culture and pushing the envelope as hard as they can.
Honest mistakes would be across the board, but only non-leftist outlets are affected. Scott Adams is routinely demonetized, for Pete’s sake. Dave Rubin too. If you’re not woke, they want you broke.
You've discovered The Secret of NIMH! :bigshock:
