I applied for my renewal in Jackson County on Wednesday, 8/31. Took about 15 minutes to complete the entire process.
Clerk said that I would receive the new license in the mail within 2-3 weeks.
Wrong! Received the license on Wednesday, 9/7 and that included a three day Labor Day holiday weekend.

They average 2-3 days here in Franklin county, nice try though.

I'm in the window to get mine renewed for the first time since moving from Hart county to Jackson county, hopefully they are up to speed on the no fingerprints upon renewal even though the original license was not issued in Jackson county.
