    Hand signed.

I was having lunch downtown the other day with a co-worker. His wife is a local attorney. He greeted a woman in line and turned to me and said, "She is the Probate Judge." I laughed and pulled out my GFL and said in reply, "Oh, so that is [insert actual name here]." He asked me how I knew that and I got to explain the GFL application process. And no, he will not be joining GCO or getting a GFL. He is a great guy, but a LIB nonetheless. Hey, a man's gotta eat. Even if it is with LIBs.

My GFL from Forsyth Co is stamped, but dark enough to read.

Towns County - hand signed. I swear after the lady at the front desk printed it out and took it to the back office it took 10 minutes for the Probate Judge to scribble his name on it.

Gwinnett County - Stamped, not quite centered so I had to look at it to realize that it wasn't just some kind of off-centered background on the paper.

Fulton- signed with a cheap ballpoint pen. Can't the judge afford a rollerball? Or maybe even spring for a nice fountain? I bet that's why Pinkie doesn't like to sign them: poor quality writing instruments. Maybe I'll donate my Caran d'Ache to speed up future GFLs.

Gwinnett - Mine's stamped but not very clearly. I can tell it's supposed to be a signature if I squint at it just right.

Only make him pay if he ruins your appitite by spouting the Left's fringe delusions (like quoting Truthers, Greenies, or the Brady Bunch).

Nah, we get along well. We take good natured political jabs at one another every once in a while but it is all good. He gave us a heck of a deal on renting his beach house on Fripp Island this summer so I ain't saying nothin'. LOL.
