ATLANTA -- Police in Gwinnett County hope surveillance video will help them track down three people who have been robbing store clerks at gunpoint. The most recent robberies happened at shopping centers in Snellville.

Police believe the trio of armed robbers have struck a Payless Shoe store in Snellville as well as a couple of other stores in the area. Officials say they seem to look specifically for stores with no customers inside and only 1 or 2 workers.

A surveillance camera captured the most recent robbery at a video game store on Scenic Highway in Snellville. The video shows the robber flashing his gun at the lone worker and demanding cash. Police believe the same man and two accomplices have been robbing stores.

Witness descriptions helped police come up with sketches of the gunman and a woman seen at two of the robberies.

Investigators hope if you recognize anyone in the video or the sketches you will contact police. They are hoping to solve the crimes quickly because the robbers are also suspected in similar robberies in other counties.

No one has been hurt in the robberies. So far, police believe they have gotten away with $3,000.
