Just don't sell to anyone that you know or suspect is ineligible to own such a weapon.
I've sent my C&R twice to them and they haven't received it yet. From what I understand, you have to email/call them to set up a "dealer account". Once you're logged in as that, you should see the price differences. I understand that there are price differences. I haven't seen them, but people have said so.
