Strange title, I know. I did not know what else to say about it. In Alaska and Vermont, there is no need for a license to carry concealed. Every other state (except Idaho) requires a license. Idaho requires a license inside city limits or on the public roadway. No license is required to carry concealed outside of those two places.

Of course, one may carry openly without a license at all in Idaho. It is a Gold Star open carry state over at www.opencarry.org
