The owner of the firearm would have to send it to an FFL holder in GA. At which time you pick it up you will have to complete a background check and paperwork.
If you have your GWCL you skip the background check part and just do the paperwork for the dealer's records.
yep, as long as it's a Georgia FFL dealer that receives it and then turns around and transfers it to the Georgia customer who will get it.
I've driven a gun to SC before and met the buyer at his local South Carolina gun shop.
