I keep hearing the statements like Bulldawg's that his handgun collection is now complete and mine stating I have too many.

Let's see what people really have. This is anonymous so you don't have to worry about people seeing how many you have and targeting your home. Don't put your number in your post, just vote your answer.

As far as I am concerned there is no such thing as "too many," and for me your range starts waaaay too low.

    Yeah, what those guys said...

    You probably need a 10 - 20 range, a 20 - 30 and so on up to 90 - 100 and maybe 100 - 500 and 500 - 1,000 and then a special range beyond that just for USMCretarded!

He probably has more than the rest of us combined. About as many as the average Marine division..... :rifle:

    Maybe more!

Thinking about it, those poll numbers would be more appropriate for DU. :rotfl:

    Sorry, Jk.

I guess my range will be way too low for some on this forum.

My logic was that beyond 10 you are a collector.

I was really getting at "need" for handguns. I figure each able bodied person in your household has 2 hands. Figure one handgun for each able bodied hand, add a few spares for houseguests, and anything beyond that is what one could argue is "too many". LOL.

Just because you have more than the plurality doesn't mean you have too much. It just means that lots of people don't have enough ;)

I wish there was a "not enough" option in the poll, just so I could answer more accurately.

I'm just not a handgun guy. I want two MAYBE three more.

Rifles, however are another story. If you can't equip a reinforced battalion with your collection, you don't have enough.

Ditto - Rifles & shotguns make up most of my collection. and one can never have enough long guns IMO

2 maybe 3 handguns works for me

I have 3 handguns and I wouldn't mind a few more, but M249 and Claire are right. I have 15 long guns and I always want more!

Too many is when your wife leaves you because she is sick and tired of you spending all your money on guns

Kurt Busch? Come on! Couldn't you at least pick a real race car driver? IE one that wins?
