It's been a while since I have read up on it but I believe they are perfectly legal to own, you just can't carry them. So, basically you can buy one and play with it in the house. :shattered:

Not 100% sure though.

I should have said. You can conceal a gun but not a switchblade. As far as I know, that is illegal statewide. Open carry of an automatic knife is legal unless you run into city ordinances or school zones.
