Here is my train of thought on all this. The guy who actually pulled the trigger and tortured Victor Jara is finally charged.

What about all the black op CIA agents that helped overthrow a democratically elected government? When do they get charged? Or, do they get a free pass just like Hillary? http://abcnews.go.com/International/story?id=82588

She is a pied piper lulling her constituency with promises of freebies as she leads everyone off a cliff.

Charged? With what? The commies were in the western hemisphere, expanding, and they did what they thought best to contain it.

They overthrew a democratically elected government, which resulted in the death, torture, and murder of civilians.

After Augusto Pinochet led a military coup against President Salvador Allende on September 11, 1973, the new government promptly arrested Jara, torturing him and later executing him at the old Chile Stadiumâ€"a venue that has since been renamed after Jara.
In 1990, when Pinochet's dictatorship ended, the National Commission for Truth and Reconciliation established that Víctor Jara died from 44 gunshot wounds on September 16, 1973.

Ok, maybe you missed the part about the murder and torture of civilians?

Were we at war with Chile? Was the peaceful, democratically elected Government of Chile hostile to the US? Were they threatening war?

If not, why was our government planning to overthrow them? Isn't that the same exact thing the Japanese attempted to do to us at Pearl Harbor?

Hey, I actually agree with this.
