This was either a very intellegent bot or a human.

I don't see anything in there except "hello, everyone." Not offensive and not trying to sell anything or steer traffic to some other site.
What makes this a spam-bot or spammer?

There were 2 "hello" topics started in 2 different forums. The signature had 3 links all to the same website.
The country the ip address of the poster returns as is Korea.
