Apparently, the GBI and FBI must favor Bulloch County. Or, perhaps, Probate Courts in certain other counties are, um, fibbing?

Yeah Its funny how other counties put the blame on GBI and FBI. Chatham county (which is very close to Bulloch) takes four months.
