    Well, with the new stand your ground law, he is going to get off scott free. Just ask Rep. Stuckey-Benefield.

    She was also afraid that people may kill someone when they went by basically the Brady's definition (argument=shoot) when that was not what the SYG law says, so then they would be sent to jail.

    So in her view if this person's defense team tries to use the new SYG law and the judge denies it (probably will if drug related), that is proof in her mind that she is right and the person is a vicitim of the new law. If retold she will no doubt leave the illegal drugs part out.
