Can I pack heat? Would it be considered a public gathering? I know they won't be serving booze. These fairs can be dangerous... no denying that... and i don't mean the shoddy carnie rides.

What I mean is, I don't know. OR what I mean is I only carry about 50% of the time there. I don't know. If you run a search, I think somebody on this site called and was informed that if he carried, he would be hunted down, killed, and his ashes would be shipped of to Gitmo for torture. Or something like that.

    No metal detectors last year.

I have never been to the Gwinnett County Fair. I was thinking the state fair. Let me ask you this: Is it entirely outdoors? If not, who owns or operates the buildings?

(the same argument of course applies to the state fair)
