Is the Gwinnett Center a government entity or a nonprofit? I know that Gwinnett County owns the land, but I don't know about the legal status of the buildings or the organization.

If you mean the Gwinnet Civic Center, I was at the circus (watching) last weekend, and there were no metal detectors, or security of any kind at the entrances that I went in. Did not see any purse/pocket searches at all.
