I wish they would reflect that one may carry openly in Wisconsin, rather than footnoting the red key with "right denied." It is more of a "right" there than here, where we have the "privilege" of carrying openly only after obtaining a state issued license permitting us to do so. A license we must carry and present to any man with a gun and a brown shirt who demands it or go to jail. I do see that they have a little symbol key for Wisconsin that reflects openly carrying not criminalized . . . But when did we decide that the emphasis was on the "right" of concealed carry as reflected by a state issued license? I am not buying into that NRA perspective anymore.
