Thanks, good article.
So when is the big day?kwikrnu said:For some reason they do want to keep this quiet. I have spend an hour or so trying to contact people in the mayor's office and at the airport to confirm that carry is now legal. I have left several voice messages and emails and none have been returned. The mayor has not put out an official written statement.
The best I got was this audio recording from an airport police officer.
Here is the best audio i have concerning carry at the airport.
The 10th is when the mayor made his statement, but I think the "big day" was the day sb308 went into effect.drtybykr said:So when is the big day?
I think he is asking when is the big day that you'll be open carrying your full-auto nuclear tipped missile launcher. :lol:kwikrnu said:The 10th is when the mayor made his statement, but I think the "big day" was the day sb308 went into effect.drtybykr said:So when is the big day?
loitering = eating at a restaurant ?CoffeeMate said:I think the question was when will be the "big day" for you to come to our airport OC'ing an AK pistol on a non-resident out-of-state permit to loiter and have a meal?
You still haven't answered the question.kwikrnu said:loitering = eating at a restaurant ?CoffeeMate said:I think the question was when will be the "big day" for you to come to our airport OC'ing an AK pistol on a non-resident out-of-state permit to loiter and have a meal?
No, and I never said it was. :screwy:
ak pistols are illegal?
As far as I know, they are not. Nor should they be.
illegal to carry a handgun with a non-resident out of state permit / license?
There seems to be some debate as regards doing so at our airport.
Get used to that. I have no duty to inform you of my legal open carry activities, but it would be easy to figure out with a search.CoffeeMate said:You still haven't answered the question.kwikrnu said:loitering = eating at a restaurant ?CoffeeMate said:I think the question was when will be the "big day" for you to come to our airport OC'ing an AK pistol on a non-resident out-of-state permit to loiter and have a meal?

They were all made legal with SB308 (actually, with HB89 but that's another story), just some chose to ignore it and enforce their own policy like Atlanta. With the Atlanta Mayor and the especially the Georgia Attorney General both coming out and stating that Airport Carry is legal, and the statewide coverage it has got on the news, I wouldn't feel uncomfortable carrying in any Airport in Georgia.jdh31313 said:Question: What about the rest of the airports in the state?
