If any of those U.S. territories completely banned handguns in a manner similar to DC's ban, would the SCOTUS/Heller ruling affect them as well? They are part of the U.S., but not states, similar to D.C.'s status.

You forgot the Northern Marianas. According to Handgunlaw.us Guam, VI and PR are 'may issue'. PR is supposedly a 'commonwealth'.

I think it's hysterical that the Demo's keep whinning about 'occupation' when all of the above were captured and occupied. PR, and I think, VI for over a century.

Thanks, GaGunOwner. Always wondered about that, never took the time to investigate.
I would think these territories would fall under the same guidelines as DC as they do not have the same sovereignty as a state would.
If the links below are current, it would appear the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam are making a mockery of the Second Amendment:

When will the NRA, GOA, SAF, and FPC get going on this?

I'm surprised that one year out from Bruen there haven't been any lawsuits. Or have there been any filed?

What do you expect? With all the lower 48 that are going hell bent out of their way to defeat the 2A at every turn and occupying all the time, finances, attorneys and courts with continuous litigation when are they supposed to even find the time to have a cup of coffee?

I suspect they will get going on this as soon as they clear the problems within the States so they can move onto the smaller problems.
