I'll take it a step further and give a nice clean, crisp $100 bill.

Use it for whatever you want ;-)

Does this mean that confiscating more guns would make more of a dent in crime? I'm calling BS. If I'm a criminal, there's no way I'm turning in a gun for $50. If I don't want it, I know there's a dozen other hoods willing to pay much more than that to get their evil mitts on a gun.

How many of these poor people own their guns for self defense? How many live in bad neighborhoods? These jackals are enticing them to give up their only means of self defense for a lousy gift card? Incredible.

I'll go $110 for the assault rifles. Off the streets and into the safe...

Has anyone ever researched for a spike in crime in relation to gun buybacks? How many individuals go looking for a gun just to earn a few bucks.

Are the guns destroyed before checking the serials? I'd like to know if my wife's pistol was turned in that I could get it back.
