i work for the state and my department/agency is in a building, owned by a private business, who we pay rent to. we occupy the entire the building and have even added an additional floor to this building (smart use of money eh?). is keeping my handgun in my car, in the parking lot owned by the private business who the state rents from legal?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but basically all parking lots are fine now per SB308

Now what your boss (job) imposes is a different story.

unfortunately i'm part of management so i wouldn't voluntarily inform my boss unless i wanted to be 'let go' because i want to quit when it's time.

does the current code reflect SB308?
