Went and picked up my Kimber Custom TLE II today. I had never had to have anything shipped to me and was rather nervous about it. I bought it from Jim's Firearms and Shooter's Supplies in Nederland Texas. Every time I would e-mail him I'd get one back in like 15 minutes. Really friendly guy. Price was $796.00
When I went to pick it up the woman running the store asked me if I had my GFL. I told her that I have applied but haven't gotten it yet. She said It took almost ONE YEAR to get her's :shock:. I told her about GCO but she didn't seem interested. Evidently somewhere along the line her finger prints had gotten "lost". Makes me think that I'm probably not the only one having problems with the Ware County SO.
