GFL application online somewhere?

Can a person D/L the application form online somewhere and bring it to the probate clerk's office, or can you only get a blank one at the office itself and fill it out in the waiting area?

The correct fees for a Downtown Fulton County application are $20.41 cash and $19.25 money order for electronic prints? According to their website here:

No, they provide them. If you bring one in already filled out they will probably make you fill out another one.

Thats for the link, I guess I need to call the GBI and ask them if they have 2 different fees now, one for electronic and one for ink prints.
