Well, I was going to say that it is a top secret organization, and you must be invited by people in the top echelons of power using the secret handshake, but I have been warned that my sarcasm is sometimes (perhaps most of the time) misunderstood, and that I should perhaps tone it down, so I suppose I am going to have to give a serious answer. Sigh.

I was about to break a personal rule and join a group (not sure if it qualifies as an "organization"...) but was unable to open the file and print out the application. Is this a glitch or just another bit of sarcasm from one of the senior members?

Macktee, if it comes down to it, and you cannot pull up the form, one of us on this forum can print out and mail you a hardcopy of the application.
I had no trouble getting it. You do need the Acrobat Reader to open/print. It's free and useful. The check's in the mail.
