The GCO winter lunch (dinner?) meeting is expected in February, 2008, in the area of Tifton, near Albany, which will be a 3 hour drive for you Atlanta types.

My home is open to all those that would like to crash, I have a decent amount of room for guests. Granted 3 hours isn't that much of a drive, but for those that drive down, attend, then have to drive back another 3 hours, you are welcome to relax at my humble abode.

There will be NO ALCHOHOL SOLD FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES during the winter luncheon. The facility is reserved for our party alone and the owners have already stated that carry is perfectly fine.

Sounds like you've got everything covered. In general, though, if a restaurant with a beer/wine or l/b/w has a no-drinking day (but is still open to the public for that day) would it still constitute a PG? :-k
