GA oc, mace, etc carry laws?

    I will double check but I don't remember there being any law against it.

    I know many cops and as far a they know it's fine to carry. Also, all of the funshops say it's ok.

    I think it's just 'not' written into any laws... meaning there is no law against it.

    I wouldn't try to carry on an airplane. Federal property I have no idea, but I probably wouldn't just to be safe... post offices, etc.

    Your right, there is simply no mention of any spray be it pepper, mace or oc. I wanted to make sure it did not fit into any of those "or other weapons of like character" catch-alls that Georgia loves to add. I did not find any that could be read to include defensive spray.
