Because this is GeorgiaPacking, and generally because this is an internet chat site dedicated to one topic, everybody here thinks they know it all about that topic.
Okay, let's accept that as true. Let's take that ball and run with it.
HOW ABOUT YOUR FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, NEIGHBORS, RELATIVES?
Are some of them gun owners, or prospective gun owners who have been put off by what they think are a huge and complex set of laws regulating guns and the defensive use of firearms?
Are some of the people you know gun owners who DON'T go to gun-chat websites like this, who aren't members of GCO or any other local gun rights organization? They probably don't know much about the gun laws or self-defense doctrine in Georgia. If they're NRA members or members of SAF or some other national gun rights group, they might know federal gun laws, but nothing about state law.
(Other than what "that fellow who works the counter at XYZ Gun Shop" told him, or what he heard from his friend whose brother is a retired cop. And we all know how unreliable that sort of information is.)

Take some newbies and casual gun owners to one of these gun law seminars.
It'll do them good. Do it for them, not for yourself.
